One week in Italy is not a lot but we had a great time and I gathered lots of delightful impressions.
I shot these images in Piedmont in the cities of Acqui Terme and Roccaverano. In Acqui I used the XF 56 mm f/1.2 lens which separates the subject nicely with its shallow DOF and allows you to keep a distance. Unfortunately, focus is not the fastest.
In Rocca I shoot during evening and night time with high ISO (3200 and 6400). The noise looks in these B/W images rather than old style film grain and doesn’t bother me at all. Most of the images are OOC JPGs with little tweaks in LR.
